Nathaly Gerads is a Dutch-qualified employment lawyer with more than 25 years of experience advising and supporting employees in all stages of their careers. She graduated in Dutch Law and built her expertise around employment law and dismissal cases, with a strong commitment to protecting the rights of individuals in often stressful and emotional workplace situations.
